Due to its unique solution, i.e. software as a service, DMS Greeny is easily available 24/7. DMS Greeny is a pre-configured system, which can be used immediately. All it takes for the customer is the Internet connection. The customer receives a reserved space in Cloud, in which his documents are individually locked. Hardware security at the customer´s site is not needed.
How does it actually work?
In the process of service ordering, the customer selects the name of the domain, e.g. www.companyxy.greeny.me. After paying the monthly fee, he will receive a notification on starting up the service, i.e. the application DMS Greeny, and a link for log in user´s data. Immediately after logging in, the customer can set up individual users and their privileges to provide operations.
Sounds easy? It is easy.
Any employee of the company, not necessarily an IT specialist, can set up the basic settings and individual users can start working. It takes only the Internet connection and the application is available to everybody 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
